By placing an order with Lil Reggie Cookies, you agree to the following:

Text messages (SMS)

We may send SMS to your mobile number for transactional purposes (such as one-time sign-in codes and account- or order-related updates) and, if you separately opt in, for promotional / marketing messages (for example offers, new products, or events).

If you use sign in with phone, you must check the required consent box before we send a sign-in code. That confirms you agree to receive SMS from Lil Reggie Cookies at the number you provide for authentication and other account-related texts described on the sign-in screen. Message frequency varies with how often you request codes or we send permitted operational messages.

Promotional SMS is optional. If you check the optional marketing box on the sign-in page, you agree to receive recurring promotional texts at that number. You do not have to opt in to marketing to use phone sign-in. We may record your choice with your account as described in our Privacy Policy.

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. For help, reply HELP. To opt out of further SMS from us, reply STOP. Opting out may limit or prevent certain messages (including phone-based sign-in) until you contact us or consent again where offered.

If we add new SMS programs beyond what is described on the sign-in page or in these terms, we will describe them and obtain any required consent. See our Privacy Policy (SMS section) for how we process phone numbers and work with SMS providers.

Email

We may send email to the address you provide for transactional and service reasons—including order confirmations and updates, receipts or pickup details, account and security notices, sign-in or password-reset messages from our authentication provider, loyalty or rewards messages tied to your purchases, and responses when you contact us.

We may also send promotional / marketing email (for example special offers, reminders to visit again, or announcements about products and events). Where the law requires separate consent for marketing, we will ask for it in the relevant form or experience. You can opt out of promotional email at any time using the unsubscribe link in those messages (when provided) or by emailing us; opting out of marketing does not stop necessary transactional messages about orders or your account.

Loyalty rewards

Lil Reggie Cookies may offer a loyalty rewards program for customers with an account tied to qualifying purchases. When you complete a paid order while signed in, we may credit one point per whole U.S. dollarof that order's total used for the reward calculation (for example, $23.47 → 23 points), up to once per completed order as our systems record it. Point rules, rounding, and eligibility are defined in the checkout and dashboard experience and may be updated from time to time.

When your balance reaches 50 points, you may be able to redeem a free cookie benefit at checkout as described on the site (for example applied to one eligible cookie line). Redemption reduces your point balance as shown when you place the order. Rewards have no cash value, are not transferable unless we say otherwise, and cannot be bought or sold.

We may change, pause, or end the program, adjust earn or redeem rates, or exclude certain products or orders. We may void points or close accounts if we suspect abuse, fraud, or violation of these terms. Questions about your balance should go through your account dashboard or lilreggiecookies@gmail.com.
