Lil Reggie Cookies respects your privacy.

We collect basic information such as name, email, phone number, and order details when you place an order or submit a form.

Email (transactional and marketing)

We use your email address to operate the site and serve you: for example order-related messages, account and security emails (including links from our hosted authentication service, such as magic links or password reset), loyalty updates tied to your activity, and replies when you write to us. These are generally transactional or service messages needed to fulfill requests or maintain your account.

We may also send promotional or marketing email, such as offers or win-back messages. We align frequency and content with what we describe when we collect your address or in our Terms of Service (Email section). You can stop promotional email by using an unsubscribe link in those messages when available, or by contacting us at the address below. Unsubscribing from marketing does not delete your account or stop all operational email (for example a receipt for a purchase).

Email delivery uses vendors that process messages on our behalf, including Resend for many customer emails and Supabase (or your configured SMTP) for authentication emails. Those providers receive the address and content needed to deliver a given message.

Phone number and SMS (sign-in and marketing)

When you use sign in with phone, you enter a mobile number and agree to SMS using the checkboxes on that screen. We use your number to send one-time authentication codes and other account-related texts through our authentication provider and SMS delivery partners so you can access your account and receive permitted operational messages.

If you select the optional promotional SMS option, we store your preference (for example in your profile preferences) along with a timestamp when you opt in, so we know you consented to marketing / promotional text messages at that number. We use that to send occasional promotional content (such as offers or announcements) in line with our Terms of Service (SMS section). You may withdraw marketing consent by replying STOP or by contacting us, and we will update our records as appropriate.

We process phone numbers and related sign-in events to secure your account, prevent abuse, and operate the site. You can reply STOP to opt out of SMS from us and HELP for help, as described in our Terms of Service (SMS section).

Delivery of SMS involves service providers such as Supabase (authentication) and Twilio and mobile carriers, who process messages only as needed to transmit them. We do not sell your phone number to unrelated third parties for their own marketing lists.

Loyalty rewards

If you participate in our loyalty program, we keep a point balance and related activity (such as earning or redeeming points on orders) tied to your account. We use that to apply rewards at checkout, show progress in your dashboard, operate the program, and send service emails about points when configured (for example after you earn points).

Program rules (how points are earned and redeemed) are in our Terms of Service (Loyalty rewards). We process this information as part of our contract with you and our legitimate interest in running a fair rewards program.
